Achilles Therapeutics UK Limited(“Achilles Therapeutics”, “we” or “us” or “our”)is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10167668. Ourregistered office is 245 Hammersmith Road, London W6 8PW.
Achilles Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company developing novel cancer immunotherapies targeting clonal neoantigens: protein markers unique to each individual that are expressed on the surface of every cancer cell.
 
Weprocess your personal data in accordance with this privacy and cookies’ notice (“Notice”) and in compliance with the relevant data protection laws and regulations. This Notice provides you with information regarding your rights and our obligations, and explains how and why we process your personal data.
 
We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZA300104, and act as the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016 ("applicable data protection laws”) when processing your data. We work with a selection of trusted third-party providers to offer conference services to you. When you click on a link to a website owned by one of our providers, you will leave our platform and your personal data will no longer be managed by us. Any personal data you then provide, content you click on, videos you launch or transactions you enter into are between you and our provider. We have no control or access to any of that personal data.

Third Party Suppliers
Achilles Therapeutics uses the third party suppliers listed below to provide us with certain services. These parties are acting on our behalf and only process your personal data in accordance with our instructions and this Notice. We take care to select our suppliers carefully and ensure there are appropriate technical and organisational controls in place to protect personal data.

How long we keep your data
Achilles Therapeutics retains your personal data for as long as necessary to meet our business requirements and legal obligations. We keep your personal data for one year after you cease to have a relationship with us after which time it will be de-identified and only retained to meet our contractual and legal obligations. 
 
Where you have consented to us using your details for marketing, you have the right to withdraw your consent to this use at any time and we will keep such data until you notify us that you no longer wish to be contacted. We may keep your name on a suppression list to ensure that you do not receive further marketing messages.
